Hello! This past week was truly unbelievable! I had the honor and privilege of teaching a silversmith course at John C. Campbell Folk School in North Carolina. The students were awesome and so nice. They worked long hours and did the most incredible work. At the end of the week, the class gave me a beautiful hand painted silk scarf. I love it! They were so sweet and kind to me. This will be a class that I will always remember. My assistant for the week was Barbara Joiner, resident metalsmith jeweler at JCCFS. We are great friends and being with her was most enjoyable and a bonus for the students.
The following pictures are from the week.
